Job summary

Princeton Precision Group is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to maintain, repair, and create tooling across tooling, production, wax, and metrology to minimize delays. The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and extensive machining experience using manual mills and 3-axis CNC equipment.

You will inspect dies for defects, verify fixturing meets specs, and work in a detail-oriented, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating a manual mill.
• Manufacture new and repair complex tooling as needed.
• Inspect finished dies/tools for defects, smoothness, and contour deformities.
• Verify tooling and fixturing meet quality requirements.
• Maintain organized workspace and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and create tooling to reduce production delays.
• Support Tooling, Production, Wax, and Metrology teams.
• Inspect dies for defects and ensure tolerances are met.
• Verify fixturing and tooling meet quality requirements.
• Maintain organized workspace and safety standards.
