Job summary

Bradley Professional, a division of the Bradley Group, seeks a Tool & Die Machinist to independently build, repair, and maintain precision tooling and dies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate manual and CNC machinery, read blueprints and GD&T, perform repairs, and participate in root cause analysis to improve tool life and uptime. Strong hands-on skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in machining or tool & die preferred.
• 3–5 years in tool & die, precision machining, or related manufacturing roles.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and tooling drawings; strong measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain dies, molds, fixtures, and precision tooling.
• Operate manual and CNC machinery; read blueprints and GD&T.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tooling.
• Support tool tryouts, startups, and validation after repairs.
