Keystone Threaded Products in Valley View, OH is seeking a Roll-Threading Operator to own the setup, run, and refinement of the thread rolling process. You’ll ensure parts meet exact specifications, hit piece‑per‑hour targets, and maintain high uptime while following the Keystone Quality Policy.

The role requires blueprint interpretation, precision measurements with micrometers and calipers, and safe operation of equipment including the overhead crane.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with blueprint/spec interpretation preferred.
• Strong measurement and data-entry skills essential.
• Background in metalworking or thread rolling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roll-threading process from setup to run and refine
• Meet specifications, hit piece-per-hour targets, and maintain uptime
• Adhere to safety rules and Keystone Quality Policy
• Perform 2‑Second Lean improvements to remove waste
• Enter accurate ERP data for setup, run time, counts, downtime, maintenance
