Job summary

KT Bolt Manufacturing is seeking a Roll Thread Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate a roll head threading machine and ensure threaded parts meet specifications in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience operating large machinery. You will be expected to maintain safe work practices, document results, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2 years' experience operating large machinery is required.
• Ability to follow safety protocols in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate roll head threading machine.
• Move and position steel bars to thread and advance through production.
• Inspect threaded products for proper function and dimensions.
• Use measuring tools (tape, ring gauge, micrometer) to verify specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and comply with safety rules.
• Perform other duties as needed and maintain professionalism under pressure.
