Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints to set up thread rolling machines.
• Review blanks, incoming materials and tools for compliance.
• Set up, troubleshoot and operate thread rolling equipment.
• Use micrometers, calipers and gauges to inspect parts.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.
• Perform daily and weekly machine maintenance.
• Follow supervisor instructions and keep work area clean.
