Job summary

Tenneco Inc. in Glasgow, KY, seeks an Hourly-Block- Precision Technician for the 2nd shift to set up and operate friction manufacturing equipment across IAG Press, high variety finish lines, robotic bagger, and other lines.

You will follow standard work, input data accurately, perform PMs, uphold 5S standards, and maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Successful completion of basic skills, drug, and background screens and physical demands tests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety rules with PPE.
• Inspect product for quality and document scrap data.
• Operate machines per standard work and record job tickets accurately.
• Maintain 5S standards and machine condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and timely PMs.
