Job summary

You will inspect products, record scrap data, follow standard work, and enter production data. The role requires teamwork, adherence to 5S standards, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pre-employment tests are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of basic skills test.
• Successful completion of drug screens, background screens, and physical demands testing for the assigned position.
• Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions.
• Ability to follow written & oral instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret precise measuring instruments.
• Works well with others on the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety rules, using required PPE.
• Inspect product for quality; investigate, take corrective action, and record scrap data.
• Operate machines according to standard work requirements and follow instructions.
• Maintain and utilize the set 5S Standards.
• Maintain machine condition and perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Meet daily production targets and adjust pace to schedules.
• Act in line with company values.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
