Tenneco Inc. is seeking an hourly Production Technician for the 2nd shift in Glasgow, KY. You will set up and operate friction manufacturing equipment across multiple stations, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions.
• Ability to follow written & oral instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret precise measuring instruments.
• Works well with others on the team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment prior to use and report discrepancies.
• Accurately record scrap data and production logs.
• Operate machines per standard work requirements and follow directions from leads/managers.
• Enter all required data for job tickets and production logs.
• Maintain the 5S standards and machine condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance as required.
• Produce the required quantity daily and adjust pace to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to company values and perform other assigned tasks.
