The candidate will follow standard work instructions, maintain 5S practices, and perform routine preventive maintenance while contributing to a team-driven production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• Successful completion of basic skills test and pre-employment screens.
• Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with high precision.
• Ability to read and interpret precise measuring instruments.
• Works well with others on the team and has computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety rules, using PPE.
• Inspect product quality; investigate causes of scrap and take corrective action.
• Operate machines per standard work and record data in tickets and logs.
• Maintain and utilize 5S standards; keep area clean and organized.
• Perform preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance as required.
• Meet daily production targets; adjust pace to deadlines and schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with company values.
