Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of basic skills test.
• Successful completion of drug screens, background screens, and physical demands testing for the assigned position.
• Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety rules, using PPE.
• Inspect product quality; investigate causes of defects and record scrap data.
• Demonstrate proper machine operation and follow work instructions and directions from supervisors.
• Maintain and utilize the set 5S Standards and machine condition.
• Perform preventative maintenance and PMs as required and autowork.
• Produce expected quantity daily and adjust pace to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to company values and perform additional duties as assigned.
