Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years manufacturing experience, aerospace preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry for production tracking.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and team player attitude.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove burrs or sharp edges.
• Visually inspect parts using calipers.
• Read computerized work instructions.
• Deburr and smooth parts with sanding/grinding as needed.
• Ensure parts meet tolerances and print specifications.
• Organize parts and support adjacent operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and assist as needed.
