Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of hands-on finishing or machine shop experience and a strong eye for detail. The role offers a stable path with growth toward CNC operation or inspection, with first shift hours in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on finishing or machine shop experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and similar measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, grind, polish, and buff parts to customer specs.
• Run tumbling equipment per instructions.
• Clean interior surfaces of holes and prep parts for next steps.
• Change tools on powered equipment; apply abrasives as needed.
• Take measurements with calipers and micrometers; flag nonconformities.
• Complete production and quality logs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
