Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two to five years shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating web-based customer portals.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Must be able to operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mark, package, and prepare materials for shipment and proper storage.
• Process shipping and receiving transactions within the company ERP system.
• Prepare shipping documentation required for domestic and international shipments.
• Utilize and maintain customer websites and portals as required.
• Scan, file, and organize Certificates of Conformance (COCs) and related documentation within internal and external systems.
• Follow detailed work instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Perform basic inspections as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy as needed.
