Job summary

C/A Design, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Exeter, NH facility. This role focuses on packing, shipping, and receiving activities, with responsibilities including using our ERP system and ensuring documentation accuracy.

A strong safety mindset and reliable driving history are required. Ideal candidates have at least five years of shipping experience in fast-paced warehouses, able to read quality docs, and follow Receiving Inspection Plans to maintain compliance

Qualifications

5 years of shipping experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
Ability to read quality documentation and PO requirements.
Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
Ability to follow Receiving Inspection Plan and maintain documentation.
Proven safe driving history.

Responsibilities

Packages and ships company products to specific guidelines and customer requirements.
Delivers parts using the company vehicle as needed.
Verifies traceability and serial numbers on pack slips.
Scans receiving documentation to create electronic records.
Uses E2 Shoptech ERP to transact shipments and receiving.
Provides accurate shipping information to support customer inquiries.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with specifications.
Performs duties with a safe and professional approach.
