Job summary

Umicore is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations at our Oklahoma facility. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant handling of shipments while maintaining organized inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities include packaging shipments, processing bills of lading, receiving goods, resolving issues, using SAP and carrier systems, and keeping yards and storage areas orderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package outgoing shipments per work instructions and customer requirements.
• Verify shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and distribute materials appropriately.
• Report and resolve shortages, damaged goods, or non-conformance and escalate as needed.
• Utilize SAP and carrier systems to manage shipping and receiving transactions.
• Maintain organization and proper identification of shipping/receiving and storage areas; perform cycle counts.
