Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods certifications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math and ability to create Excel charts.
• Excellent proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Maintenance and Purchasing to prioritize actions and support plant operations.
• Manage Stores inventory in onsite and offsite warehouses; update SAP receipts.
• Organize deliveries, notify ordering party, and schedule pickups with offsite warehouse.
• Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for inventory management.
• Coordinate with Environmental Engineer to monitor waste inventory and manifests.
• Back up Raw Materials Coordinator duties as required.
• Support customer shipments from offsite warehouses or at plant.
