Job summary

Reata Engineering & Machine Works in Englewood, CO is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to verify incoming materials, maintain documentation, and coordinate packaging and shipments for aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, and industrial markets.

You will handle material traceability, match deliveries to PO/packing slips, and ensure accurate labeling and ERP data entry while contributing to a clean, organized work area and efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory or related production environment.
• Experience using computers and entering information accurately.
• Strong attention to part numbers, quantities, documents and special instructions.
• The ability to organize competing priorities without losing track of details.
• Clear communication when something is missing, damaged or inconsistent.
• Reliability and a willingness to help the team.
• The judgment to stop and ask rather than guess.
• Experience with ERP systems, UPS or FedEx software, inventory control, material certifications, freight coordination or forklift operation is also valuable.

Responsibilities

• Verify received materials against orders and documentation.
• Maintain material traceability throughout production and outside processing.
• Confirm shipment documents, packaging, labeling and destination before shipping.
• Record receipts and shipments in the ERP system.
• Help maintain an organized, professional work area.
• Look for ways to improve material flow and accuracy.
