Reata Engineering & Machine Works in Englewood, Colorado is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to keep precision work moving. You will verify received materials, ensure correct quantities, proper documentation, and traceability as parts move through production and outside processing.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist — Keep Precision Work Moving
$21–$27/hour, depending on experience | Englewood, Colorado | Full-time, day shift
A precision-machined part can take weeks to produce, pass dozens of inspections and be worth thousands of dollars. But if it is packaged incorrectly, shipped without the right documentation or sent to the wrong location, none of that matters.
That is why Shipping & Receiving is such an important part of Reata Engineering.
You will be one of the first people to handle the material and components entering our facility—and one of the last people to see our finished parts before they reach customers in aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor and industrial markets.
This isn’t simply a warehouse job. It is a role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization and making sure every detail is right.
When material arrives, you’ll verify that we received what we ordered, in the correct quantity, with the documentation and traceability our customers require. As jobs move through production and outside processing, you’ll help ensure the right materials, parts and paperwork stay together. When a job is ready to ship, you’ll confirm the quantity, documents, packaging, labeling and destination before it leaves our facility. You are helping protect weeks of work and ensuring Reata keeps its promise to the customer.
We are interested in candidates with different levels of shipping, receiving, warehouse and manufacturing experience.
As your capabilities grow, there may also be opportunities to develop skills in inventory control, purchasing, planning, quality, production support or Shipping & Receiving leadership.
Depending on your experience, you may:
You will not be expected to know every Reata process on your first day. You will be expected to care about accuracy, learn from mistakes and ask questions when something does not look right.
Experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices or another regulated environment is helpful, but not required. Experience with ERP systems, UPS or FedEx software, inventory control, material certifications, freight coordination or forklift operation is also valuable.
Reata manufactures complex parts that other machine shops often will not quote. Our work supports customers whose products depend on precision, reliability and traceability.
We offer:
Reata Engineering & Machine Works is an equal opportunity employer. Employment is contingent upon applicable pre‑employment screening. In compliance with Colorado law, the compensation range for this position is $21–$27 per hour. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, education and experience.
