Job summary

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) in the ATL area is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, export documentation, and material control in our aerospace repair environment.

You will review documentation, work with ERP systems, and ensure accuracy of records while coordinating with multiple departments. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping, receiving logistics, materials, inventory, inspection, or administrative support.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review detailed shipping, receiving, and export documentation.
• Work with ERP, databases, or inventory systems.
• Identify missing or incorrect information before processing.
• Communicate across departments and manage multiple priorities.
• Support daily shipping/receiving operations and material tracking.
• Coordinate export approval processes for international orders.
• Review invoices and shipment docs for export information completeness.
• Create work orders by reviewing customer repair orders and entering data into ERP.
