Job summary

SanMar Corp. in Minnesota is seeking an Invoicer to invoice, tag and load customer shipments with accuracy, using RF scanning and an internal system to verify shipping details under time pressure.

The role requires ability to move product with pallet jacks, attention to detail, and readiness for overtime in a fast-paced DC warehouse; we offer competitive hourly pay, paid time off, 401k with match, life and disability insurance, and maternity/paternity leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Able to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• May need to complete SanMar Lift Operator Certification.
• Able to move product using pallet jack and hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments accurately and timely.
• Move product with pallet jack and hand truck.
• Check out equipment and return in same condition.
• Use Internal Operating System to verify shipping details.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
