Job summary

SanMar Minnesota warehouse is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers by following standard operating procedures. The role may involve sorting, palletizing, and moving product with a powered pallet jack.

A high school diploma is preferred and candidates should read labels, colors, sizes, and SKUs with basic math skills. You will help maintain a safe, clean work area and meet tight delivery deadlines while working well with teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKU information.
• Basic math skills required for counting and verifying quantities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt priorities as needed by the business.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and clear verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product according to SOPs.
• Operate powered equipment such as a pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area following safety regulations.
• Meet accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
