Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Invoicer to manage invoicing, tagging, and loading of customer shipments efficiently and accurately. The role requires ability to move products with pallet jacks and hand trucks and to verify shipping details in the internal system.

Responsibilities include meeting deadlines, following instructions, and complying with all policies. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior invoicing or shipping experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• May be required to complete and maintain SanMar's Lift Operator Certification.
• Ability to move product using a pallet jack and hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments accurately and on time.
• Move product with pallet jack and hand truck.
• Check out equipment and return in same condition.
• Use Internal Operating System to verify shipping details.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
