Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Invoicer for our DC/warehouse operations. You will invoice, tag and load shipments, and ensure accuracy in shipping details using our internal systems.

The role requires pallet jack operation and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, familiarity with RF scanning equipment and a willingness to learn our internal operating systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment and computers.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity required.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments accurately and on time.
• Move product using pallet jack and hand truck.
• Check equipment checkout and return in good condition.
• Use internal system to verify shipping details accuracy.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
