Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Invoicer to invoice, tag and load customer shipments in a fast, accurate manner. The role involves moving products with a pallet jack, verifying shipping details in our internal system and meeting strict deadlines.

You will work in a high-volume warehouse environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow directions while supporting other production functions as needed. Prior invoicing or shipping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills required; may need Lift Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments accurately and on time.
• Move product using pallet jack and hand truck.
• Check out equipment and return in same condition.
• Use Internal Operating System to verify shipping details.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
