Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking an Invoicer to accurately invoice, tag and load customer shipments in a fast, efficient manner. You will use RF scanners and an internal system to verify shipping details and ensure orders leave on time.

The role requires basic math, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and comfort working in a high-volume warehouse. Ideal candidates have invoicing or shipping experience, a high school diploma, and the willingness to obtain Lift Operator Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience is preferred.
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• May be required to complete and maintain SanMar's Lift Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to move product with pallet jack and hand truck.
• Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition.
• Use Internal Operating System to verify accuracy of shipping details
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards
