Job summary

SanMar in Minnesota is seeking a Receiver/Loader to unload and load trailers by following SOPs, sorting, palletizing and moving product as needed. The role requires attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

You may use an electric Power Jack to move pallets and will operate in a high‑volume warehouse environment, standing and lifting up to 60 pounds while complying with safety procedures. We offer hourly pay from $17.00 to $21.25, plus PTO, holidays, maternity/paternity leave,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comprehends verbal and written instructions.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.
• May need to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification every three years.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.
• May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.
• Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers.
• Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
