Job summary

Automation Personnel Services, Inc. in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support our shipping and inventory department. The role focuses on material flow, accurate handling of shipments from carriers and vendors, and timely processing of shipping requests.

Qualified candidates have a GED, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse shipment and inventory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• May be required to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material flow and handling of all shipments from carrier and vendors.
• Process internal and external shipping requests, customer returns and deliveries.
• Ensure material flow processes comply with operation standards.
• Maintain logs and reports of inventory and records.
• Complete exporting shipper’s declarations and relevant paperwork.
