Job summary

Superior Food Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will manage inventory and ensure outgoing shipments are correctly packaged, labeled, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with shipping/receiving in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English helpful for coordinating with carriers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels and documentation using FedEx and UPS systems.
• Schedule freight/LTL on a daily basis.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing orders according to company standards.
• Select appropriate packaging materials to protect items during transit.
• Generate shipping quotes using FedEx and UPS systems.
• Schedule pickups and ensure all shipments meet daily cutoff times.
• Verify shipping addresses, order accuracy, and special handling requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues as needed.
• Maintain shipping supplies and reorder materials as necessary.
