Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to ensure shipping documents and processes are completed accurately and on time. You will communicate with customers to coordinate outbound shipments and help resolve inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to interpret shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Experience with inventory or shipping documentation and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and maintain shipping documents and paperwork.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and schedule pickups.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate with Quality Dept to match shop orders to parts.
• Enter data into shipping tracking platforms and inventory software.
