Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding cells and associated fabrication equipment.
• Safely load and unload parts, fixtures, and materials.
• Verify machine setup, tooling, and program selection before production runs.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify conformance.
• Monitor weld quality and identify defects or deviations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervision of malfunctions.
• Maintain production schedules and meet productivity goals.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
