Qualifications

• Experienced running production machinery; robotic welding preferred.
• GMAW welding background preferred.
• Hand welding training or certification preferred.
• Familiar with quality verification methods and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Safely run production machines and maintain part quality.
• Meet required production rate for assigned jobs.
• Complete documentation for quality, production, downtime, rework, scrap, etc.
• Ensure labelling and reporting compliance.
• Maintain safety and PPE requirements in the workplace.
• Read and execute work instructions.
• Be accountable for defective product produced.
• Collaborate with team to reach production and company goals.
• Report safety issues to supervisor or management.
• Communicate company quality policy clearly.
• Perform corrective action and problem solving to resolve issues.
• Operate a variety of machines and learn new skills as assigned.
• Willing to train and learn new skillsets to achieve company goals.
