Qualifications

• 5+ years of robotic welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines to produce high-quality components.
• Install weld fixtures, load programs, and prepare equipment for production runs.
• Inspect welds, verify dimensions, and perform first-piece inspections.
• Troubleshoot welding processes and replace worn tooling as needed.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Review schedules and blueprints to plan upcoming jobs.
• Maintain production and quality records and communicate needs.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
