Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English.
• Experience operating batching systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to communicate with drivers and customers.
• Basic math for dosing materials and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and delivery coordination for ready-mix concrete.
• Operate batching system to transfer materials from storage to trucks and monitor slump.
• Ensure product quality and perform routine inspections and safety checks.
• Prepare and review invoices, and maintain billing documentation.
• Log reports, time sheets, and production data for daily records.
