Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation in Littleton, MA is seeking a Concrete Operator for the Mass Ready Mix operation. You will safely operate the ready mix batch plant, ensure concrete quality, and coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and quality control to meet delivery schedules.

You will monitor production records, batch tickets, inventory, and equipment performance, while following safety policies and environmental procedures in a fast-paced outdoor plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous ready mix batching or concrete production experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, batching procedures, and quality control practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ready mix batch plant safely and efficiently.
• Produce concrete per approved mix designs and project specifications.
• Monitor batches for accuracy and quality before delivery.
• Maintain production records, batch tickets, and inventory logs.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, drivers, and Quality Control to meet schedules.
