Job summary

Metromont LLC, a leader in precast concrete, invites you to join the Batch Plant team as a Batch Plant Utility. The entry-level role supports production by loading materials, operating equipment, and ensuring quality concrete delivery to meet schedules.

You will work under supervision, perform pre-operational checks, and comply with safety rules. Candidates should be reliable, able to read a tape measure, and willing to learn in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure is a plus.
• Willingness to learn safety policies and procedures.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Waste disposal and material handling as directed.
• Operate front-end loader to feed mixers.
• Perform pre-operational checks and maintain equipment.
• Assist with batch plant operations and material reclamation.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and tools.
• Adhere to safety rules, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
