Qualifications

• Proven batching and concrete mixing experience, preferably in precast/prestressed environments.
• Strong knowledge of batch plant equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PCI standards and chemical calibrations related to concrete production.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to batching accuracy and record-keeping.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and reporting to management.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks in outdoor industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate the batch plant, mixer trucks, and related equipment to ensure accurate mixing per specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct scale checks and chemical calibrations as required for PCI.
• Order and manage inventory of raw materials for concrete production.
• Inspect batch plant and mixer, addressing operational issues and repairs.
• Ensure concrete meets quality standards by collaborating with QC and production teams.
• Maintain records of batching operations, material usage, and maintenance activities.
• Work with management to meet production schedules and address challenges.
