Qualifications

• Experience performing dimensional inspections on machined parts.
• Proficiency with CMMs, Faro Arms, or similar electronic measuring equipment.
• Skilled in the use of precision hand measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience with receiving/receipt inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections on machined components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilize electronic inspection equipment including: CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Faro Arm, and other precision measurement systems.
• Conduct inspections using dimensional hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, depth gauges, and Go/No-Go gauges.
• Verify tolerances and specifications, including tight tolerance requirements (+/-).
• Perform receiving/receipt inspections on incoming materials and components.
• Document inspection results and support quality assurance processes.
