JASPER Engines & Transmissions is hiring for a POD 700 Pump Assembly role. You will inspect pumps, perform assembly, and ensure gear clearance is within spec using feeler gauges and torque tools. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate measuring equipment with precision.

The job offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime and a starting rate of $20 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company matches.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift (8–10 hours).
• Experience using handheld tools and torque devices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pump for damage and perform assembly following spec.
• Assemble pump and torque bolts to spec.
• Operate various tools and gauging equipment with precision.
