Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions in Jasper, Indiana seeks a Diesel POD 70 Assembly teammate. This role completes final product assembly using hoists, impact tools, and hand tools, requiring careful, detail-oriented work.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime; starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus experience-based increases. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, employee stock ownership plan, PTO and holidays, and access to onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand/walk for entire shift (8–10 hours)
• Proficient with handheld impact tools and wrenches

Responsibilities

• Assemble final product components using hoist and hand tools
• Follow detailed assembly procedures with quality focus
• Work in a climate controlled environment
