Progressive Die Operator - 1st Shift position at SURGE Staffing seeks a dependable candidate to operate progressive die presses and related equipment on our Mansfield, OH site. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Previous progressive die, press operation, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate progressive die presses and other manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and inconsistencies.
• Load materials and ensure equipment is supplied for production.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
