Job summary

Anderson Biro, LLC is seeking an Automatic Punch Press Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6am-4:30pm). You will set up, operate, and monitor progressive die punch presses to produce quality metal stampings safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include inspecting tooling, maintaining quality, and achieving production rates while following safety procedures. Prior experience in metal stamping is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as Automatic Punch Press Operator or Setup Operator preferred.
• Experience in metal stamping manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up progressive die punch presses per job specs.
• Load coil stock and feed material through systems.
• Inspect tooling readiness and align dies.
• Perform safety inspections prior to operation.
• Monitor press operation and quality against specs.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisor.
