Topre America Corporation in Springfield, Ohio is seeking an experienced Die Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve progressive and transfer dies used in automotive stamping operations.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, can read blueprints, and work independently while supporting production. The role offers competitive pay and day-one benefits with opportunities for advancement testing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Tool & Die Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on Tool & Die experience (Option 1).
• Minimum of 5 years documented Die Maintenance experience in metal stamping (Option 2).

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain progressive and transfer stamping dies.
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment.
• Support production by minimizing tooling downtime.
• Troubleshoot die-related quality and production concerns.
• Perform tool steel repairs and modifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, tooling prints, and mechanical drawings.
