Job summary

Progressive Die Operator - 1st Shift position at SURGE Staffing seeks a dependable candidate to operate progressive die presses and related equipment on our Mansfield, OH site. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The role focuses on stamping, cutting, and forming metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards. Prior progressive die or manufacturing experience is preferred, but strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are

Responsibilities

• Operate progressive die presses and other manufacturing equipment.

• Load materials and ensure equipment is supplied for production.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
