Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, travelers, and SOPs.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable with strong punctuality and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture flexible circuits, rigid flex boards, flexible heaters, or related specialties per work instructions.
• Inspect finished and in-progress product using visual inspection and precision tools to ensure specs.
• Follow traveler documentation and SOPs accurately at each production stage.
• Identify and communicate defects or material issues to leads or quality personnel promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Cross-train across multiple production areas to support flexibility.
• Complete all required production documentation accurately and timely.
