Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Assembler to join our team in the United States (New York area). You will set up and operate assembly equipment including small hydraulic presses, staking, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.

The role requires reading and writing English, a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English and understand MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assembly or lean manufacturing preferred.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency; read measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates assembly equipment such as hydraulic presses, staking, drills, welding machines, air drivers, riveters and winders.
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Participates in cell improvements and implements quality standards.
