Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Assembler for the A-Shift in Fairport, NY. You will set up and operate various assembly equipment, rotate through cells, and ensure products are packed securely for shipment.

The role requires at least 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing, and strong reading comprehension for MSDS and work instructions. A HS diploma is preferred and safety is emphasized in a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency; able to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotate in other work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished product for shipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in making and implementing cell improvements and adhere to quality standards.
