Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Assembly Technician for A-Shift in Fairport, NY. The role requires operating various assembly equipment, rotating between cells, packing finished goods, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to read MSDS sheets and standard work instructions. HS diploma preferred. Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Must read and understand MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly equipment (e.g., small hydraulic presses, staking, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, winders).
• Rotate in other work cells as directed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Pack finished product for shipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Contribute to cell improvements and implement changes.
• Read and follow quality standards and procedures.
