RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality truck accessories. You will follow work instructions to assemble components, strive to meet production goals, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role emphasizes Lean principles and accurate data entry.

The position requires basic math, ability to read tape measurements, and dependable attendance. Training will cover safety rules and standard operating procedures across multiple workstations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and parts.
• Aim to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Complete all required paperwork and data entry.
• May work at different workstations as needed.
• Report to work on time and maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
