Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality truck, Jeep, Bronco, and off-road accessories.

You will execute assembly tasks per work instructions with precision while upholding safety and quality standards, working toward production goals in a clean environment. The role requires attention to detail and familiarity with Lean manufacturing tools, with a Monday-Thursday schedule (6:30am-5:15pm).

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products or parts.
• Achieve production goals and meet deadlines for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment following safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attend on-time and reliable attendance is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency. Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-5:15pm

Core Functions

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines, which may include wearing safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
