Job summary

RealTruck Inc. in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Production Assembler to support the assembly line, following precise work instructions, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You will use basic math, read specifications, and document data; the role may involve moving between workstations and requires reliability and the willingness to work night shifts. Lean manufacturing practices help improve efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
May work at different workstations as production needs require.
Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
